Yes. Everything we sell meets the UK Tobacco and Related Products Regulations (TRPR). Nicotine e-liquid comes in bottles of 10ml or less, prefilled pods hold no more than 2ml, and nicotine strength is capped at 20mg/ml.

Yes. It’s illegal to sell vapes or nicotine products to anyone under 18 in the UK. You’ll be asked to confirm your age when you visit the site, and we may ask for proof of age before sending an order.

Yes. You can cancel and return an unwanted order within 14 days of receiving it, as long as the item is unopened and in its original sealed packaging. Email us with your order number to start a return. The full terms are in our Refund Policy.
